Required Skills: •Is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive tax policies across •Develop and execute tax policies and strategies to minimize the overall U.S. tax burden within legal and regulatory frameworks. •Ensure full compliance with the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, and applicable state and local tax laws. •Direct and manage the preparation and filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns. •Oversee multiple external tax audits, negotiating and resolving issues to minimize liabilities. •Identify, evaluate, and implement tax planning opportunities and savings initiatives across the organization. •Partner with external tax consultants and governmental auditors to ensure accurate interpretation and application of tax laws. •Lead and oversee indirect taxes including sales & use, real estate, personal property and other regional or local taxes. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required. •Master’s degree in taxation or related field preferred.
