Location: Paso Robles, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 11:15:25 About the job Required Skills: •Associates are responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive shopping and tasting experience, by providing excellent customer service. The primary function of this position is to promote the sale of olive oils and giftware. •No experience in the olive oil industry is needed. We are happy to train you! •$17.00 - $18.00 per hour. Eligible for Tips, Commission, and bonuses. •Promote and sell olive oil, food products and merchandise by assisting and educating customers in tasting olive oil and making purchasing decisions. •Conduct guided tours of our mill and be able to explain the harvest process. •Promote membership in the Pasolivo Press Club as applicable. •Fulfill customer orders and operate POS system. •Greet all customers promptly and graciously and provide consistent and courteous customer service. Qualifications: •Previous retail and/or customer service experience a plus •Demonstrated capacity to stand on your feet for several hours. •Demonstrated capacity to multi -task and work in a fast- paced environment.
