Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. •Demonstrated success recruiting for senior, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions. •In-depth knowledge of workforce analytics and talent KPIs. •Proven ability to influence leaders and build strong partnerships across functions. •Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. •Background in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, engineering, or other complex operational environments.
