Required Skills: •Lead the planning, design, and execution of talent management programs and initiatives, independently driving work from strategy through implementation, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with company goals, measurable outcomes, and on-time delivery. •Evaluate and implement performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations, ensuring it aligns with organizational objectives and supports a continuous feedback culture. •Implement and manage talent assessment tools and processes to identify and develop high-potential employees. •Design and execute succession planning at designated levels within the organization. Partner with HR Business Partner Team to train HR and business leaders, prepare templates and materials, analyze data and summarize key themes and actions. •Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver career pathing frameworks, development tools, and workshops that support employee growth, bringing innovative and practical solutions to talent challenges. •Utilize data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements for talent management initiatives. •Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management and incorporate them into program design, focused on simple, meaningful tools and processes. •Continuously improve talent programs to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience. Recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights.
