Required Skills: •Snowflake is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Talent Management Program Manager to focus on the day-to-day execution and operational support of our global talent programs. This role is essential to the smooth running of our Performance Excellence cycle, ensuring that every phase of the process is coordinated effectively and on schedule. •Serve as the functional system administrator. Manage the admin dashboard, whitelisting coordination, participant/provider invitation tracking, and real-time completion monitoring. •Act as the primary operational liaison with Procurement and Finance to manage Statement of Work (SOW) legal reviews, purchase orders, budget allocations, and vendor invoicing for platform scaling. •Assist in the rollout of talent reviews and succession planning by organizing meeting materials, managing participant lists, and ensuring all data templates are updated and ready for use. •Keep our talent "playbooks" and internal resource pages up to date. Ensure that instructional guides and FAQs are accurate and reflect the current process for each cycle — including documentation for the 360 user experience. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field — or equivalent experience. •You naturally incorporate AI tools into your daily workflow and are curious about how emerging technology can make programs smarter and more efficient. •A desire to understand the "why" behind the talent cycles while remaining focused on the "how" of the execution. •You enjoy working with checklists and project plans; you are motivated by seeing a project through to 100% completion. •You have a high bar for accuracy, especially when it relates to employee data, program timelines, and data anonymity boundaries. •Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), navigating HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a major plus), and a quick adaptability to emerging HR tech platforms (such as Voice AI/conversational feedback tools). •Demonstrated capacity to write clear, concise instructions and communicate effectively with global employees, HR partners, and external vendor teams.
