Hiring: Talent Management Program Administrator Company: MIT Lincoln Laboratory Location: Lexington, MA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:18:48 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Program Management, Project Management, Security Clearance, Zoom About the job Required Skills: •Project Management (70%) •Coordinate and administer Talent Management initiatives from planning through implementation in partnership with project managers, operational analysts, and executive sponsors. •Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action logs, implementation checklists, and status reports. •Monitor project deliverables, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions to support successful execution. •Prepare executive-ready meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and project documentation. •Plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, workshops, and single- or multi-day events supporting Talent Management and organizational change initiatives. •Analyze program feedback and performance data to identify trends, recommend enhancements, and improve program effectiveness. •Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: •Associate degree, technical degree, or professional certificate with at least four years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment. •Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. •Skilled in multitasking, taking initiative, and supporting multiple people and priorities while maintaining high service standards and responsiveness •Demonstrated capacity to work independently or collaboratively •Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, and similar collaboration tools. •Demonstrated capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment and professionalism. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. •Demonstrated capacity to work on-site frequently.
