Required Skills: •Coordinate and administer leadership development programs, including participant communications, scheduling, assessments, enrollment tracking, and program evaluation. •Maintain training project plans and calendars to ensure learning activities are delivered on schedule. •Prepare program materials, learner resources, evaluations, and attendance records. •Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support smooth program delivery. •Instructional Design & Learning Program Support •Assist with the development, maintenance, and updating of training materials, job aids, presentations, and asynchronous content. •Evaluate program effectiveness using models such as Kirkpatrick and recommend improvements. •Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and development programs as needed. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field. •Operational familiarity with instructional design methodologies and learning evaluation models. •Certification in Talent Development, HR analytics, or project management, or strategy (e.g., CPTD, PHR, PMP). •Operational familiarity with instructional design models and adult learning principles. •Deeply committed to the mission and programs of Harlem Children's Zone •A highly effective contributor with excellent time-management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills •An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal abilities •Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook •Discreet and professional in handling sensitive and confidential information Compensation: •$55,000 - $60,000 / year •Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
