Support other projects and initiatives of the Talent Team to foster a supportive, high-performance culture. •Analyze multiple sources of data to assist in the preparation and delivery of reports that identify trends and inform talent strategies, including performance review trends. •Interface directly with the Global Associates Committee to prepare monthly meeting agendas. •Oversee firmwide peer-nominated Talent Awards program, recognizing individuals who champion diversity, innovation, and teaching.
