Required Skills: •Own multiple aspects of the candidate pipeline including sourcing, screening, interviewing. •Sourcing candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, etc. •Conducting pre-qualification interviews on the phone and on Zoom. •Candidate relationship building and management. •Read training materials and participate in training exercises. Qualifications: •Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills. •Demonstrated capacity to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications. •Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with hiring teams and stakeholders. •Have strong reading comprehension, interpersonal and communication skills. •Have a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop professional skills. •You are self-motivated and unafraid to take risks and think beyond the box. •Effective time-management abilities, organized and can follow-through. •Share a team spirit and ability to create value in a team environment.
