Required Skills: •Since Axiom Space is a very complex work environment, we are looking for a resilient, high-energy experienced •Serve as a talent administrator, providing consultative guidance, independent judgment, and data-informed recommendations that align people strategies with business priorities. •Applied hands-on capability in Workday (or comparable HCM platform) data entry, report running, workflow processing. •Comfort with Excel for data reconciliation and reporting. •Operational familiarity with technical competency frameworks, translating engineering skill taxonomies into HR systems (Workday Skills Cloud, Percipio content mapping). •Demonstrated capacity to pull, clean, and format workforce data for leadership review. •Process VOE requests, including DoD VOE forms and employee-initiated requests requiring additional information beyond standard verification. •Demonstrated capacity to partner with HR Business Partners and recruiters to translate role needs into accurate, compliant job postings (job codes, comp bands, EEO classifications).
