Location: Rhode Island, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:56:02 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote About the job Experience: •3+ years of professional full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Required Skills: •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offers, pre-employment activities, and transition to onboarding. •Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other recruiting channels. •Build and maintain talent pipelines for current, anticipated, and difficult-to-fill positions. •Screen and evaluate candidates and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. •Coordinate multi-stage interview and selection processes involving hiring managers, executives, and other stakeholders while maintaining timely communication throughout the process. •Prepare and extend employment offers and manage the process through candidate acceptance. •Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support hiring managers in effectively using the system, following established recruiting workflows, and maintaining appropriate interview and candidate documentation. •Track recruiting activity and key metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring outcomes. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple open requisitions through multiple stages of the recruitment and selection process. •Demonstrated experience sourcing both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other recruiting channels. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain consistent candidate and requisition documentation and follow established recruiting and selection processes. •Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to independently manage competing priorities and maintain appropriate follow-up throughout lengthy recruitment processes. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with hiring managers, executives, and the HR team. •Demonstrated capacity to attend initial in-person training and occasional on-site meetings or activities at CME Corp’s Warwick, Rhode Island headquarters. •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
