Required Skills: •We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to serve as a strategic talent partner supporting Manufacturing organization. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies •Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and supply chain positions from requisition intake through offer acceptance. •Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to develop effective recruiting and workforce planning strategies. •Source, attract, and engage top talent using proactive sourcing techniques and multiple recruiting channels. •Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. •Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best talent. •Manage requisitions and candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance. •Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction. Qualifications: •Proven recruiting experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing organizations. •Strong preference for recruiting within manufacturing environments. •Bachelor's degree required. •1–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment. •Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn, internet recruiting, and other sourcing tools. •Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Strong analytical skills with experience tracking recruiting metrics and reporting. •Solid functional working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance. •Manufacturing recruiting experience across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, or production.
