Required Skills: •Attract, engage and hire candidates across the organization, from entry-level manufacturing to leadership roles. •Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for positions across the organization, from requisition intake to onboarding. •Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies •Create and maintain job postings and recruitment materials that accurately reflect position requirements and promote Wenthe-Davidson as an employer of choice •Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through online job boards, referrals, social media, community partnerships, recruiting events, and other talent pipelines •Conduct phone interviews, assess candidate qualifications, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and provide timely updates to candidates and internal stakeholders •Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and recruiting activity records in the HRIS •Support compliant hiring practices by maintaining appropriate documentation, applying consistent processes, and following applicable employment laws and company policies Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in human resources, business, or related field preferred •Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred •Solid functional working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, as well as an understanding of compensation practices involved in recruitment •Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues at various levels of the organization •Strong planning and organizational skills •Excellent communication and collaboration skills. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain composure in stressful or challenging situations •Demonstrated capacity to work with sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality •Annual performance award, based primarily on company performance in prior year Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Competitive benefits and rewards package •Medical, Dental and Vision insurance with supplemental coverage offerings, including Accident, Hospital Indemnity and Critical Illness Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
