Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree. •At least four years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience. •Demonstrated success using proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, Handshake, community outreach, direct sourcing, and relationship-building. •Strong candidate screening and assessment skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management capabilities. •Demonstrated capacity to develop and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of positions, including leadership and hard-to-fill roles. •Demonstrated capacity to work proactively and independently, manage competing priorities, take initiative, and meet deadlines. •Operational familiarity with employment laws, recruiting regulations, and talent acquisition best practices. •Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, Microsoft Office, and other recruiting technologies.
