This role is responsible for high-volume sourcing and screening activities to deliver qualified, interview-ready candidates to hiring leaders in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. •The Talent Acquisition Specialist focuses on building candidate pipelines, conducting structured phone screens, and maintaining consistent funnel activity to meet weekly hiring targets.
