Required Skills: •Provides the full range of recruiting and talent acquisition support to the business including sourcing and selection of qualified candidates for the assigned internal group. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support high-volume hourly recruiting and will perform some HR Generalist duties, as need to ensure a positive employee experience. •Engages the business to forecast current and future talent needs •Leads initial role intake with field HR and hiring managers •Manages requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations •Markets open positions through multiple channels to attract qualified candidates •Ensures candidates in process meet the qualifications for the position prior to presentation to hiring manager •Develops and maintains relationships with candidates through the selection process. •Establishes employer brand as the first point of contact and tracks candidates through the selection process.
