Partners with hiring managers to understand role requirements and helps ensure a positive candidate experience. •Lead and oversee understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. •Assist with recruitment activities for assigned positions, including posting jobs, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring process. •Source candidates through job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. •Support talent pipeline development by identifying and engaging potential candidates for current and future ring needs. •Coordinate interviews and related recruiting activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. •Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities for new hires. •Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives, including career fairs, community events, and other talent attraction efforts.
