Additional agency experience is a plus. Required Skills: •Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from intake and sourcing through screening, selection, offer, and pre-employment requirements. •Recruit niche IT and technical talent, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, ERP, and other specialized areas in addition to the rest of the business. •Partner consultatively with hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies. •Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for specialized, hard-to-fill, and anticipated hiring needs rather than relying solely on inbound applicants. •Conduct talent and labor-market research to identify candidate pools, evaluate market conditions, and recommend sourcing approaches. •Screen and assess candidates for experience, technical alignment, career motivations, compensation expectations, and overall fit. •Lead regular recruiting status meetings with hiring managers, providing insight into pipeline health, candidate feedback, market conditions, and recommended next steps. •Monitor recruiting activity and metrics and adjust sourcing channels and strategies when additional or different candidate flow is needed. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field required. •Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency strongly preferred. •Demonstrated success developing proactive sourcing strategies and recruiting hard-to-find talent. •Demonstrated capacity to promote technical roles, learn terminology and translate hiring-manager requirements into effective candidate searches and screening criteria. •Proven ability to serve as a consultative recruiting partner to hiring managers and the TA/HR team and influence recruiting strategies for specialized or difficult-to-fill positions. •Solid functional working knowledge of employment law, EEO guidelines, and affirmative action requirements as they relate to recruiting and candidate selection. •Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility with candidates and leaders at all organizational levels. •Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple active searches in a fast-paced environment. •Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of challenging searches while maintaining a high-quality candidate and hiring-manager experience.
