Required Skills: •We are conducting a confidential search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist on behalf of a well-established oilfield services company. •This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting seat supporting field, skilled trades, technical, and professional hiring across multiple locations. •Manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting — requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer coordination, and pre-employment processing. •Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs, set hiring criteria, and develop accurate, compelling job descriptions and postings. •Proactively source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and recruiting events. •Review applications and resumes, conduct screens and interviews, assess qualifications, and recommend candidates for consideration. •Partner cross-functionally with HR and hiring managers on compensation, offers, and employment terms within established company guidelines. •Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
