Required Skills: •This role is onsite 5 days per week at our Midtown Atlanta headquarters* •Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for open positions. •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. •Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. •Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. •Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit. •Provide market insights and recruiting guidance to hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions. •Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver a consultative, customer-focused recruitment experience. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. •Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting multiple functions and levels within a corporate environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work from the office five days per week (Monday through Friday) onsite at our Midtown location. •Proven success recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic environment. •Strong knowledge of U.S. labor markets, recruiting trends, and employment practices. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. •Demonstrated ability to source passive and active candidates using a variety of recruiting channels and creative sourcing techniques. •Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. •High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. •Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires and exceptional service to hiring managers and candidates.
