Hiring: Talent Acquisition Regional Coordinator Company: ASM Location: Fields, OR Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 12:32:10 About the job Required Skills: •Coordinate interview requests and scheduling, including complex, multi-stage processes across countries, functions, stakeholder groups, and time zones. •Arrange candidate travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and related logistics. •Coordinate interview panels, executive interviews, assessments, debriefs, and hiring events with professionalism and attention to detail. •Act as a responsive point of contact for candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers regarding schedules, logistics, process questions, and follow-up. •Prepare interview teams with the necessary schedules, candidate information, meeting details, and supporting materials. •Serve as an operational backbone for the Asia Talent Acquisition team, supporting consistent and efficient hiring activities across the region. •Support offer administration, pre-employment activities, onboarding coordination, recruitment documentation, and process compliance. •Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, interview, and process information in the applicant tracking system and other internal tools. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline preferred. •Prior experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, HR operations, shared services, or administration in a fast-paced environment. •Applied hands-on capability in service agreements, vendors, invoices, expense claims, purchase requests (PRs), purchase orders (POs), or related financial administration. •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. •Comfort working with systems, conducting data checks, and maintaining accurate and complete records. •Clear, professional communication skills and a service-oriented approach to candidates and internal stakeholders. •Comfort working across countries, cultures, functions, and processes in a regional or multinational environment. •Business-level English required; Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, and/or Korean are a plus. •Willingness to work from the office three days per week. •Semiconductor, engineering, advanced manufacturing, technology, or another fast-paced industry experience is preferred.
