Life Sciences, Sales, Laboratory Operations, Customer Service, Scientific roles, Information Technology, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, Legal, etc. •2+ years of experience utilizing Workday as an Applicant Tracking System. Required Skills: •Directly source, recruit and coordinate the placement of top talent needed to support our leadership. This will include sourcing for exempt and non-exempt positions. •Identify new and creative ways to source qualified candidates. •Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and provide guidance on recruitment process and market trends. •Partner with leaders on offer strategy, including salary recommendations, total rewards and closing approaches. •Deliver a high-touch, conceierge-level candidate experience from initial engagement to onboarding. •Coordinate on site interviews with leadership team and provide applicable follow up. •Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously across various metropolitan locations. •Participate in the full cycle recruitment process. Qualifications: •High School Diploma/GED required. •Demonstrated capacity to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative recruiting support. •Candidates should be comfortable working with various teams and members of leadership cross-functionally. •Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, Applicant Tracking Systems and general working knowledge of Internet for business use. •Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred. •Candidate must possess the ability to proactively problem solve and manage open positions that require a strong attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to deal with confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy. •Able to manage a variety of wide variety of tasks and projects while maintaining timelines of delivery, quality of results, and maintain a calm demeanor in high pressure situations.
