It may include up to 15% occasional travel at a Wabtec office/site or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. •What do we want to know about you? •A minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR function or similar field including full-cycle recruitment of professional/salaried, or hourly roles preferably in a corporate or agency environment •Prior ATS experience is preferred. •Basic knowledge of employment processes and legislative requirements is preferred •Knowledge and/or experience in direct search and other sourcing techniques Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field from an accredited university/college preferred or 4 years of equivalent or directly related work experience.
