We’re looking for someone who can become deeply embedded in the EPM ecosystem, build relationships across the OneStream, Oracle EPM, Pigment, and broader performance management communities, and develop the networks that help us find exceptional talent before we need it. •You’ll partner closely with EPM practice and business leaders to understand where the business is going, translate growth plans into talent strategies, and recruit across the full spectrum of the practice, including architects, developers, functional consultants, delivery leaders, practice leaders, and go-to-market talent. •This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who still loves the hunt, but also knows how to step back and think strategically about markets, talent pools, competitive intelligence, and long-term pipeline development. •Own end-to-end talent acquisition for Thought Logic’s EPM practice, supporting hiring across OneStream, Oracle EPM, Pigment, and adjacent performance management technologies. •Build and maintain deep talent networks within the EPM ecosystem, developing relationships with high-value candidates well before an active hiring need exists.
