Hiring: Talent Acquisition Partner Company: Olin Location: Clayton, MO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 12:12:24 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Workday About the job Experience: •5+ years related talent acquisition experience; manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred Required Skills: •Partner with hiring managers to source for and fill key roles with top talent •Lead end-to-end recruitment: intake meeting, requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer extension •Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs •Advise on talent market trends and hiring strategy; use data and analytics to guide recruiting decisions and and improve outcomes •Ensure compliance with hiring processes and documentation •Partner with Talent Acquisition team for on-campus recruiting efforts and managing assigned area intern/co-op processes as well as leader communication and engagement Qualifications: •Bachelor's or master's degree* in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Organizational Development/Management, Employment Law, or Business discipline •Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting •Excellent client relationship skills.
