The Talent Acquisition team delivers all of Thales America’s recruitment needs using the Talent Advisor Maturity Model, with a heavy focus on Sourcing, Assessment, and Selection targeting/attracting passive talent. •Champion the 'search' based Talent Acquisition process, with a heavy focus on sourcing, clearly define Hiring Managers' roles and set performance expectations •Act as a champion of Thales America’s Integrated Talent Acquisition Strategy, including influencing key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to adopt new processes, tools and behaviors •Provide “thought leadership”, strategic advice, coaching on all areas of Talent Acquisition activity •Partner with the key stakeholders across the business to drive continuous improvement in the speed, quality, and cost of hiring •Influence key stakeholders to align expectations to the external marketplace •Personally own the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle for assigned roles, from requirements definition, sourcing, selection through to onboarding Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree (or comparable education and experience) •Able to positively influence at all levels of an organization and develop valued relationships with Senior Executives, HR Partners, Hiring Managers and Candidates alike •Demonstrated capacity to drive outcomes in large matrix environment, flexible, and with a strong drive to achieve desired outcomes in a dynamic environment as priorities and objectives evolve •Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex information, identify trends, and create strategic action plans •Lead, model, manage and coach the organization in best practice selection techniques •Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire.
