Required Skills: •Manage full-cycle recruiting for onsite hospitality roles, including Housekeeping, Night Audit, Service Technicians, and General Managers. •Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles. •Develop and post job listings across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed, to attract qualified candidates. •Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company values. •Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. •Partner with HR to ensure all pre-employment screening and onboarding processes are completed accurately and on time. •Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, introducing new hires to company policies and culture to ensure they feel engaged from day one. •Gather new-hire feedback throughout the onboarding period to continuously refine the process and reduce early-tenure turnover.
