Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience recruiting technology talent, including specialist, senior and hard-to-fill positions. •In-depth knowledge of technical talent markets, sourcing channels and structured assessment practices. •Proven ability to influence senior leaders, advise hiring managers and manage competing priorities. •Strong commercial, analytical, communication and project-management capabilities. •Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. •Recruitment experience within healthcare data, health technology and/or software-as-a-service (SaaS) organizations.
