Required Skills: •Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business and workforce planning needs. •Partner with executives and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruiting plans. •Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple locations. •Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, including CDL/driver and transportation roles. •Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and recruiting resources. •Establish recruiting KPIs and reporting to measure time-to-fill, quality of hire, and recruiting effectiveness. •Oversee sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and transition to onboarding. •Develop employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
