This individual will serve as both a full-cycle recruiter and campus recruiting lead, helping attract, assess, and hire exceptional consulting talent across experienced hire and university pipelines. •This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition at MGT. The ideal candidate will bring experience in management consulting, consulting recruiting, or professional services recruiting and will be comfortable owning both recruiting strategy and hands-on execution. •In This Role You Will •Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for consulting roles across the firm, including Analysts, Associate Consultants, Engagement Managers, and specialized hires. •Partner closely with consulting leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities. •Build and manage relationships with top universities, student organizations, career centers, and MBA programs. •Serve as the primary campus recruiting liaison for MGT, coordinating recruiting events, interview processes, and internship programs.
