If you are dedicated, hardworking and have a passion for helping others, ACCESS is the place for you! •Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through offer acceptance. •Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, establish interview questions, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles. •Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidate pools. •Maintain and update job descriptions. •Actively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals. Qualifications: •Belief in ACCESS’s mission to provide food, warmth, and shelter. •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. •Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques. •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines •Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. •Knowledge of federal and Oregon employment laws. •Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset. •Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. •Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
