Qualifications: •1-2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR coordination, administrative, or customer-facing experience. •Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing deadlines. •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. •Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. •Demonstrated capacity to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. •Operational familiarity with scheduling across multiple time zones.
