Qualifications: •Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in both corporate and technical recruiting. •Knowledge of current recruitment trends, market compensation data, and candidate sourcing strategies. •A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. •Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. •Operational familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor). •Demonstrated capacity to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment. •Demonstrated capacity to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. •Demonstrated capacity to multitask and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously. •Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
