Each discipline includes multiple tier levels that reflect increasing technical expertise, leadership responsibility, and decision-making authority. •Setting up and tearing down automation and/or staging gear •Perform show track duties as assigned, which may include but not limited to calling clears, moving scenery/props, spotting automation equipment, and ensuring artist safety backstage •Communicate technical information with other team members •Lead local labor •Able to troubleshoot alone with minimal instructions •Demonstrate a team-first attitude and contribute to a positive touring culture Qualifications: •To perform the essential responsibilities, individuals must have the following level of education and experience, or equivalent combination.
