As a Tactical Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of payment operations, working closely with our partner banks, and providing exceptional support to our clients. •Manage fund transfers between accounts, including ACH and wire activity with partner banks •Research and resolve failed transactions, and manage refunds and reissues •Provide support for MPI payment reporting and customer-level payment validation •Support client reconciliation process and manage client escalations and reporting requests •Act as a liaison between Payment Specialists and the Development team, submitting and tracking development tickets related to MPI payment processing issues Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or related field •For non-college graduates, a minimum of two years of experience working in payment/banking operations •REPAY’s core values are Excellence, Passion, Innovation, Respect, and Integrity.
