Develop and maintain operational and procedural documentation Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. •Knowledge of the power system. •Communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult and resolve internal and external customer issues which maybe critical, sensitive, or urgent in nature. •Demonstrated capacity to work with all levels of an organization including people with different styles and backgrounds; ability to work as a member of a team. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively translate technical jargon into layman’s terms. •Respond after hours to support field crews as required •In Addition, The Requirements Of The T&D Specialist Are •A minimum of two years of experience related experience. •Assessment skills including problem diagnosis and identification of proper methods and techniques to resolve and prevent future problems. •Knowledge of current technologies, tools, systems, and vendors.
