Required Skills: •The Systems Technician provides exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and resolving support requests efficiently and effectively. This position may execute responsibilities from the service desk, the field, a client site, an Integris office, or a remote home office depending on business and client needs. •Ticket Management •Work assigned tickets in order of SLA. •Serve as the first point of contact for client support requests received through phone, email, and client portal. •Answer inbound support calls, create service tickets, and ensure requests are properly documented, categorized, and prioritized. •Troubleshoot and resolve frontline technical issues efficiently and effectively to minimize disruption to customer operations. •Escalate advanced or unresolved technical issues to Systems Administrators or Systems Engineers following established escalation procedures. •Document all technical work comprehensively to facilitate accurate client billing and ongoing support. Qualifications: •Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). •Entry-level certifications are preferred. Examples including but not limited to:? •Google IT Support Professional Certificate •Technical Knowledge & Experience (including, But Not Limited To) •Administration and troubleshooting of Windows workstation environments. •Basic Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support. •Basic Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID user administration. •Basic understanding of Azure cloud concepts and Microsoft cloud services. •Basic networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless connectivity, and general connectivity troubleshooting.
