Required Skills: •Performs as a lead Systems Software Engineer in the development of large and complex control systems databases & programs. •Fully responsible for the execution of the initial systems point-to-point commissioning activities •Schedules and conducts project turnover meetings with the Project Manager, to gather all information needed to perform design engineering and graphic solutions. •Assists Operations Manager, Project Managers and Field Supervisors with the allocation of engineering resources for scheduling and resource loading as needed for projects and cost control. •Supports the troubleshooting of local and wide area network issues as they arise. •Utilizes computer hardware and software to support and/or execute the pre-functional testing of the system software code in relationship to the design sequence of operations. •Participates and supports the final systems functional testing relative to standard, 3 rd party, LEED and Title 24 testing as required. •Proactively evaluates potential problems on project designs and estimates and initiates actions plans with the associated Project Manager to limit negative outcomes and exposure. Qualifications: •Associates degree in a technical field or 6-10 years of related work experience in building automation systems and/or industrial control systems programming. •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. •Must possess a valid California driver’s license.
