Required Skills: •CI/CD Optimization & Process Automation: Collaborate with engineering teams to define and execute an automation roadmap, enhance CI/CD pipeline integration, and streamline build, patch, and release processes. •Software Configuration Management & CCB Governance: Direct the Software Configuration Management (SCM) lifecycle—including facilitating the Configuration Control Board (CCB), managing baseline changes, and controlling the release of baseline CSCIs, build artifacts, and supporting documentation (e.g., A&A RMF packages, KBAs, installation scripts). •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and developers to refine requirements, establish acceptance criteria, coordinate UAT, and drive quality early in the SDLC. •5+ years of experience in IT security or a related field. •Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Systems Security, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related Engineering discipline •Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 9 years of related experience is required. •Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience. •Current/Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required. •Information Systems Security Engineer Certified Authorization Professional (ISSE CAP) Certification. •Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Security+, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+) Certification. •Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Linux, and/or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Security Certification.
