Required Skills: •The Systems Integration Engineer – Launcher System UAV/UAS, supports the design, integration, testing, and sustainment of Launcher Station platforms used for (UAS) platform(s). This role is hands-on, cross-functional, and focused on building reliable electromechanical and networked systems that operators can depend on in the field. •The ideal candidate brings practical experience integrating hardware, electronics, software, networking, and operator interfaces, and is motivated to grow into a broader systems role. •Manage design and integration of electromechanical, electrical, and network components into Ground Control Station systems (fixed, mobile, and shelter-based). •Partner cross-functionally with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Flight Operations, and Program teams to evaluate existing launcher systems and implement improvements. •Assist in developing system concepts and contributing to next-generation launcher solutions. •Interface directly with Manufacturing to integrate new assemblies and subassemblies, resolve build issues, and support design transfer. •Produce engineering documentation including drawings, wiring diagrams, network layouts, assembly instructions, acceptance test procedures, and system specifications. •Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities for new and existing launcher hardware. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience •No clearance required, Export Control / ITAR Requirement •This position requires access to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
