Required Skills: •Sabre Systems is currently recruiting for a Systems Engineer (Journeyman) •The selected candidate will be responsible for but not limited to Applies technical knowledge and systems engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, engineering change proposals, flight clearances/airworthiness, configuration management, and risk management. •Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, and other technical documentation. •Review and prepare and process engineering change proposals (ECPs). •Review and prepare technical documentation for Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) events and lead SETR events as required. •Facilitate the preparation of Engineering/Data Requirements Acceptance Plans (EDRAPs), and support airworthiness actions and flight clearance processes. •Facilitate the development of SOWs and CDRLs. •Gather, analyze, document, and manage technical and performance requirements from all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Qualifications: •Technical or Scientific BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university •At least seven (7) years of recent and relevant experience in a position related to the labor category description is required. •Demonstrated experience in an area of engineering expertise is required. •Demonstrated experience with acoustic sensor systems is highly preferred. •Demonstrated experience with RADAR systems is highly preferred. •Demonstrated experience with FLIR and Electro-Optical/Infra-Red is highly preferred. •Strong background in systems integration of mission systems within a DoD or Naval Aviation environment. •Must be a U.S. Citizen •At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms.
