Required Skills: •Sabre Systems is currently recruiting for a Systems Engineer •The selected candidate will be responsible for not limited to Performs programmatic or technical knowledge identifying, formulating, designing, and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems •Guides the engineering development of modern complex systems •Employs systems engineering methods and tools in the development of systems. Qualifications: •Coordinates with Airworthiness/Cybersafe Office in close collaboration with Technical Warrant Holders/Deputy Technical Warrant Holders on the Engineering/Data Requirements Agreement Plans (EDRAPs) to gain Flight Clearances approvals •Provide Systems Engineering support for Engineering Investigations •Monitor system performance, integration and airworthiness. •Contribute to risk management, technical documentation, and compliance with acquisition standards •Must hold a BA/BS degree in a technical field or scientific field from an accredited college or university •Demonstrated experience in an area of engineering expertise is required •Knowledge of systems engineering and DoD acquisition processes is required •Operational familiarity with NAVAIR, NAWCAD, and airworthiness processes desired •Must be a US Citizen •At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms.
