Required Skills: •The Systems Engineer supports OnPoint’s operational resilience by designing, maintaining, and improving secure, reliable infrastructure systems that enable employees, members, and business teams to work effectively. •Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for engineering topics and challenges. •Engineer and enforce best practices for systems and infrastructure. •Perform business-critical technical functions, including cloud engineering, systems engineering, data center management, configuration and management of observability tools, patching and vulnerability management, incident response and resolution, documentation and reporting, and security compliance. •Actively recommend, design, and implement enhancements to current tools and technologies. •Coordinate, collaborate, and execute on Infrastructure Systems projects that may require in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. •Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption based on business needs and industry trends. •Microsoft 365 - Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint/OneDrive, and Copilot Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred. •2-3+ years of experience in systems engineering roles. •Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, M365 Administrator Expert, VMWare VCP-DCV, or comparable certifications. •Relevant advanced technical certifications or equivalent demonstrated experience. •Hybrid work environment; occasional travel may be required.
