Hiring: Systems Engineer Company: Odyssey Location: Dayton, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-14 10:20:09 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, CI/CD, Systems Design About the job Experience: •3+ years of experience and within the DoD sector Required Skills: •Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer providing support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM). •This is a full-time position located at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH and is 100% onsite. •Duties To Include But Not Limited To Provide systems engineering support throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, integration, sustainment, and disposal activities. •Support Mission Integration Team (MIT) activities by translating operational and functional requirements into technical requirements. •Participate in architecture definition efforts to ensure integration and interoperability across the DAF C3BM enterprise architecture. •Review current DoD architecture models and support development of future-state architectures that enable sensor-to-shooter connectivity. •Support risk assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks. •Assist in developing execution management strategies and transition capability requirements to the acquisition community.
