Required Skills: •Impresiv Health is seeking a Systems Database Administrator to support a healthcare organization’s enterprise database environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, performance, availability, and recoverability of databases, database servers, and related systems. •Provide technical management and support for enterprise database environments to maintain database security, integrity, performance, availability, and recoverability. •Develop, implement, maintain, and periodically test backup and recovery plans for critical production databases to support business continuity and disaster recovery requirements. •Maintain database security by managing authentication, authorization, user access, and database activity auditing. •Conduct database security and user access audits to support HIPAA and other applicable regulatory and compliance requirements. •Monitor database servers and system resources to ensure production environments meet established performance and availability standards. •Install, test, secure, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain database software and associated applications. •Perform short-term and long-term storage and capacity planning to ensure adequate resources are available across database environments.
