Required Skills: •Co-ordinate all IT related changes from relevant stakeholders (for example process owners, process experts and key-users). •Serve as the sole system owner and subject matter expert for Blue Yonder WMS at the C2 Hub in Chicago. •Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve system issues quickly and effectively, minimizing impact to warehouse operations. •Continuously optimize WMS configurations, workflows, and system parameters to enhance productivity, accuracy, and throughput. •Actively facilitate and support full lifecycle of system changes, including requirements gathering, testing, user training, and deployment. •Partner with global project teams and system experts to implement continuous improvement projects. •Collaborate closely with IT, engineering, and operations teams to integrate new technologies and system enhancements. •Ensure effective synchronization between Blue Yonder WMS and upstream/downstream systems, including SAP ERP, TMS, and Custom Zone platforms.
