Hiring: Systems Analyst, Supply Chain (Starlink) Company: SpaceX Location: Bastrop, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:20:10 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Grafana, Python, SQL About the job Experience: •Excellent analytical skills (e.g. SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Microsoft Office suite and similar data manipulation tools) •Demonstrated success driving tangible impact/influencing within a broader organization, particularly in production or project management contexts •Demonstrated experience managing simultaneous projects with tight deadlines and navigating ambiguous problem statements •Proficient in understanding end user requirements, the ability to translate requirements into design requirements, and identifying system enhancement opportunities •Demonstrated capacity to work both autonomously and as a team in a highly demanding, ambiguous, and fast paced environment Required Skills: •Identify and analyze key performance indicators related to supply chain, especially inventory levels, lead times, supply coverage, demand fluctuations, and capacity utilization (includes developing planning models and decision-making tools) •Create dashboards, models, and other reporting tools to enable strategic visibility across supply chain, production, cross functional teams, and leadership •Identify inefficient workflows and develop scripts to automate tactical steps •Track, report, and proactively manage production efficiency improvements (e.g. supply chain initiatives and process optimizations) •Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on supply chain analysis to optimize both supplier and internal processes •Demonstrate innovation, technical excellence, attention to detail, self-direction, and courage •Drive for results and customer satisfaction by collaborating with teams, leading projects and continuously spearheading improvements in supply chain •Interface directly with stakeholders to analyze the impact of proposed business decisions (including actual performance) on SpaceX’s business health Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree •1+ years of experience with SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Grafana) or programming softwares •1+ years of experience in analytics, operations, management/strategy consulting, planning, or product management •Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to meet major milestones •Up to 25% travel to suppliers and/or other SpaceX locations •This position requires being on site - remote work not considered •To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. •1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. •1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
