This role will serve as a primary point of contact for Vena, helping ensure that data, processes, and reporting remain accurate and reliable. •Vena Administration & Support •Manage Vena user administration, including onboarding, access, and user inactivation. •Coordinate with IT on single sign-on and other system access needs. •Serve as a primary point of contact for Vena questions, issues, and troubleshooting. •Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Vena forms and workflows. •Maintain appropriate discretion when working with sensitive financial and employee data. •Manage recurring data and metadata loads across Vena cubes. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. •Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. •Demonstrated capacity to learn new systems and processes quickly and troubleshoot problems independently. •Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
