Required Skills: •Lead and oversee the design, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise banking systems that support members. This role serves as a senior technical and functional analyst for highly complex banking platforms. This role ensures regulatory compliance, operational stability, and alignment with organizational goals. •Analyze complex systems to ensure solutions meet documented business, functional, and regulatory requirements. •Lead the implementation and support of core and ancillary banking platforms. •Design, manage, and support system integrations and interfaces (APIs, file-based, middleware). •Serve as a subject matter expert for Fiserv DNA, Temenos (LOS), Q2 (Comercial Banking), Nautilus, and FIS platforms. •Utilize advanced SQL and Oracle queries for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and system troubleshooting •Lead Agile delivery practices and solution discovery efforts. •Coordinate application release schedules with vendors and internal teams. Qualifications: •BA/BS degree in computer science, or equivalent demonstrated experience is preferred.
