Required Skills: •We are seeking a Systems Analyst 3 / Data Engineer with 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data integration solutions. •The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, ETL workflows, Snowflake, data ingestion, source-to-target mapping, data quality, performance optimization, and production support. •Key Responsibilities •Understand business objectives and problems and identify alternative solutions. •Analyze user requirements, procedures, and business processes to automate processing or improve existing computer systems. •Work with business and technical stakeholders to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and define input and output requirements. •Gather and document data requirements, source-to-target mappings, data flows, and design specifications. •Design, develop, maintain, and support ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter. •Develop and maintain Informatica mappings, sessions, workflows, and reusable transformations. •Ingest data from heterogeneous source systems, including flat files, APIs, relational databases, and mainframe extracts. •Develop and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL, including stored procedures and packages. •Troubleshoot data quality issues, ETL job failures, and performance bottlenecks in production environments. •Support batch data loads using job scheduling and orchestration tools. •Evaluate system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility of requested changes. •Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders within structured SDLC and change management processes.
